Well, to cut a very long story short........
I have ordered items from Pets At Home and all was well. However, I decided I wanted to purchase some tropical fish from them so, as I was busy at work and it's not possible for me to phone out, I emailed them to simply ask if they sold the particular fish I was hoping to get for my tank. I also wanted to know the 'PH' value of their water to compare it with my own. On their website they pride themselves in customer service, what a joke! They say "7 team members, 37 years experience, all with 1 purpose, to give you outstanding customer service" Unreal!! I waited 3 days, I had no response. So I emailed them again and registered my email as a complaint, STILL no reply a few days later. So as I had a day off, I went to the store. I visited Burton on Trent, I had a look at the fish, there was nobody around to talk to about the fish so I was just having a snoop around. There was a dead fish bobbing about at the top, and all the others were eating it! WTF? How do you not notice a dead fish? And if you don't know what's going on then how do you know the others aren't going to catch some nasty disease?
Needless to say, I am disgusted with the company, and I will never shop there again.
