Same as all the other one star posts, no arrival of goods after 3 weeks, money has been taken, apparently its my fault for not providing a correct address and only giving the address as "my home" and a postcode. Is there no one checking that these parcels actually have a valid address?
I didn't change any of my original details, and they delivered to me here at my address last time I ordered so why the balls up now! (again a long wait, speedy delivery just isn't included)
I cant get a refund, I now have to wait to see if Mr Postman returns my order to Pet Supermarket....then who knows? Mr Charisma on the phone couldn't really tell me much more!
