Order some dog food which I needed urgently so paid for fast delivery. Nothing arrived. Emailed. Got a response 48 hours later saying it was out of stock, hopefully being back in stock in 48 hours. Why did I have to email them to get this information, surely they should have contacted me as soon as they knew they were out of stock!!!
Very poor. Certainly won't be using them again that's for sure.

I have been emailed today to say my order is going to be delayed. I ordered it on 28th June. My Bichon is on a special diet due to colitis and I can't get his sensitive food locally. I have spent around £400 on food with Pet Supermarket in the past 12 months but loyalty counts for nothing. I had an online chat with someone who obviously couldn't care less. He didn't even sympathise. I have had to find another supplier online and place another order as he couldn't tell me when I will get my order from Pet Supermarket. There is something wrong here I thing there is more to this problem than we are being told
