“Email madness”

Having ordered dog food from this company delivery was on time but 18 out of
18 tins was dented but still usable. Having sent email to this effect on 19-11-13 I have had 6 email upto today 2-12-13. All you get is we will endeavour
to reply in 24hrs. what a load of rubbish all you get is case numbers to which I have 6. Had no problems before but this is getting to be a pain.
The email I had on 28-11-13 telling me i could have a refund or my order
replaced. Sent email back same day asking for my order be replaced.
Received email back with another case number and we will get back to you in24hrs. RUBBISH! RUBBISH!
Will not be using this rubbish company again.
