“Wrong item sent TWICE, and they ignore emails”

Oh, what a dreadful company! After receiving a completely wrong product, I immediately sent an email requesting the correct product be sent out. After 6 days I had had no response, so I sent a further email, saying how poor this was and requested a refund. Immediately got a response saying they were dispatching the correct order. Today it has arrived. And you guessed it, it's exactly the same incorrect product as before! What a joke this company is, and completely incompetent. Please avoid!
