I have ordered 2 items from petplanet a car hammock and cat litter tray. The hammock was used a month before I started to see holes appearing around the strapping holding clips in place and edge of item. The cat litter tray came with faulty clips so I was unable to use instantly. I contacted Customer Serives on twenty third October then again on twenty seventh October 12. I was promised refund for the hammock (never happend) and replacement clips for litter tray again never happened. I have recently emailed again but no reply.
