“Warning: DO NOT BUY HERE!!!”

This is the worst place I have ever acted on the net.

The money was withdrawn but I got no items.
After almost 2 months of attempts at contact with the company without any understanding and reaction from Petplanet inter alia to their General Manager Yvonne (also without result), I gave up.
Fortunately, I had paid with Master Card and could with help from my bank have pulled my payment back.

"BUY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!"
