I ordered a pet door and when I received it I realised I had ordered the incorrect size therefore I contacted the company explaining this and I returned the item by courier for next day delivery along with a request for a refund a week has now passed I have confirmation that the item was received and signed for but still I have not received my refund or any reply to emails regarding this.
