If you would like your items to be delivered on time, correctly packaged and the CORRECT items, then do not order from Pet Planet.

I paid £132 for a rabbit hutch/coop and to include "Express Delivery"

My product arrived within 3 days, only when it arrives, they have sent two box 1's and no box 2.

After calling them back I was told a courier would be over on the Friday to drop off the item and collect the incorrect item.

Friday passes and still no hutch.

Over a week later I still have 2 wrong damned boxes and a very unhappy rabbit without a hutch!

For that kind of money coming out of my bank, I expect MUCH better.
Listen to the reviews over thier poorly trained and feckless staff.

I will not be ordering from here again.......
