I ordered about seven items from this site, items were delivered in dribs and drabs even though I asked for priority delivery. After the first delivery I phoned to ask about missing items and we agreed a suitable delivery date. Did the items arrive - no. Very bad communication. I especially needed the bedding for a puppy and I ordered it well in advance only to be told on second chase up phone call that it was out of stock. There was no communication about this - I would have appreciated some helpful information about similar alternative products. Would not use this company/ site again.
