It has been 2 months since I placed an order from pet planet. I still have not recieved the item I ordered. The £50 payment has gone from my bank account for the item and postage to Ireland. I have asked for a refund but have been ignored. I keep getting the same email response back, 'I will contact the courier and ask them to ring you' I have had the same response back about 6 times now.
I have even asked for the couriers phone number so I can chase this up but have been ignored again. I am never using this company again.
