Over a month since products were ordered, pretty much a month since emailed to tell me the items were dispatched and still no delivery!!!!

Phoned the company and the idiot who answered the phone was less than helpful and told me the only option was to go to my local post office depo to ask what THEY! Had done with my items. After informing them is had already enquired there I was told to 'sit tight' when I asked will they will be here before Christmas my response was 'hmm ask your post depo'. After 15mins of arguing I managed to get them to agree to a refund.... I still await my pay pal to see this refund. Keep away from this company, no items delivered over a month in, no apology, still no refund and zero customer service!!!!!
