Placed an order 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for it when all the items were in stock. I purchased items off this site on behalf of my nan who is not computer literate and sold her the benefits if buying online. I now get constant phonecalls from her chasing up her order. I have sent numerous emails to petplanet.co.uk and the cheeky sods still haven't replied. If your thinking of placing a Christmas order through these, don't, it's not worth the stress and the items will not arrive in time for Xmas anyhow.
