“they cancelled my order without telling me”

i ordered last week 2 items and to my surprise when i asked today why i did not receive yet, the lady told me i cancelled the order by phone last Thursday, something that never happened!!!
She kept blaming me till I asked my husband to talk to them; once he mentioned he was worried about fraud they accepted that by mistake they cancelled my order and not the one they were supposed to.
Now I have to sort out the mess through Paypal and get my money back. I would never buy from them again.
