“Wow - Very fast delivery, excellent CS”

Ordered a matching lead and collar, I ordered a large collar and a small lead, they called me to check this was correct, which is was not (I had made a mistake), this means they managed to save me a time, and money returning the item, to exchange for the correct size. Well done them!
