Looks like this website has finally been taken off-line. Like many others on this forum, I ordered >£35 of items on 7th December and the order still shows "Pending". Money was taken from my credit card immediately.
I phoned my credit card company and explained to them what had happened. They will provide a full refund to me and then they try to get their money back from oneclickpets... One thing they did request was that I email oneclickpets and ask for the order to be cancelled, which I did. Still got no reply.
Anyone who used a credit card to pay should be covered. Call your credit card provider (company that you pay each month). I don't think the same protection exists if you paid with debit are or cheque. But I am no expert - you shod check.
