Website down for God knows how long - at least the last 12 hours - and they say its because too many people are trying to access the site at once. Well for a start that's completely bogus - how can it be so busy at 9.00 pm on a Saturday night that its "overloaded with users". Give me a break. And that's been the case all day long (and for who knows how long before I started trying first thing this morning). Basically their websites crashed and there's nobody around to fix it. Fine, lets all go somewhere else and get our pet supplies from a reliable supplier. Read glassdoor.com and see what employees have to say about working at Medicanimal - you'll see for yourself why the place is falling apart. As usual its the corporate suits who have no clue about customer service and only see the world through the cells of their little spreadsheet full of targets, KPI's and margins. Its pretty comical how some good businesses lose touch when they think they have reached critical mass. Forget the numbers for a minute and start looking at the customers that ultimately pay your executive bonuses.

I'm the same, ordered food for my puppy on Wed. Said the delivery would be here in 1-2 days. I paid extra for this too. Haven't seen my item at all, nothing to say what's happening. Infact all I have had is a receipt from PayPal to say the money has gone through. I have no way of contacting them as the website is down. Very dodgy if you ask me. I've also had to go out and spend more money on puppy food. Not happy at all

Me too. This is the first time I have attempted to use this company, tempted by a 15% voucher discount I even went to my vet and bought a private prescription to use at Medicanimal. Have been trying to get the prescription dispensed and order a few other things. No chance, just keep getting an Oops! message that too many people accessing the site. This message has been coming up since Friday and still no fix yet and no indication as to when it will be repaired.
Will be trying this number today and if no satisfactory response/reply I will assume this company is dodgy and find another supplier.
