I have had the same experience as the reviewer below. Order placed on 1 July and although I've had a couple of acknowledgement emails, still no goods. Emailed 2 days ago, but still no response. Have now ordered the same product elsewhere as I need it desperately. There are clearly problems with this company and I will not be using them again.
