“Poor communication”

Excellent products at competitive prices. Slow delivery considering high cost. Order incomplete with no communication as to whereabouts of missing items. Called at own expense to query and promised items within one week. One item sent but other item refunded with no explanation given. Had queried incorrect colour on hooded litter tray-was promised callback upon discussion with supplier which was never received. Not impressed and unlikely to use again despite some saving.
