I placed an order on the 5th. Order was confirmed on the 7th. Its now the 12th and have heard nothing. I ordered from several pet sites on the 5th. After reading the other review on this company I did not order the urgent items from them but gave them the benfit of doubt and still ordered some items. all my items had arrived by the 9th from the other pet sites. This site advertises that it will take 72 hours to process and ship an order with next day devivery. Im now chasing the order. save... (read more)

Hi, After placing an order through there very well laidout and simple website, I kindly recieved and email confirming that my orders had been placed and that I would receive a further email confirming dispatch. Two days later this came through and money was taken from my account. It did however then note that one of the three items is to follow....... 4 weeks and counting I decided to email there supoosed Customer service/Sales contact.
