I ordered two collars for Christmas and two collar bells. I haven't taken the collars out of the wrapper yet (it's not yet 1 Dec), but they look exactly as depicted and I'm quite confident that it will be fine. The bells are good too. The packaging and delivery were exemplary: clearly this is a firm that goes the extra distance to satisfy their customers.

One more point that I think is really important. I wanted two of the collars and they ran out. I asked to be contacted when they received more stock; very often this request is just ignored. Not here. Within a couple of days they got back to let me know they were again in stock.
