Ordered 2 ID tags, then was told via email that they would take approx 10 working days ad they are made abroad, this should be stated on the website as I would have ordered from somewhere else as I need them quick. Two weeks delivery is not very good for something that takes minutes to make

I have ordered from this website a couple of times and the choice and service is excellent. The collar arrived very quickly and was nicely packaged in a nice bag and handwritten envelope which I thought was a good touch. I just hope that my cat doesn't lose his collar again!

Found this site by search engine!! Was so excited by the selection of collars. Order 2 for my kitties. They arrived the next day and my young cats took to them straightaway. I'm so pleased!!!!

I have adopted two ragdoll cats that are very nervous and jump at the slightest noise. These harnesses stay on with the help of the long velcro straps and my cats are now learning to walk round the garden with me. The noise of the velcro was a bit disconcerting for them at first, but they are used to it now.

Placed my order Friday morning and got it Saturday morning. Cant ask for better than that. Collar very good quality and my cat approved!

This was exactly what I had been looking for. Unfortunately on the first tag that arrived there was a spelling mistake but on emailing this was rectified and new tag sent and received within 48 hours. Would recommend to friends but would suggest company proof read their tags with the orders prior to sending out to avoid a mistake like this happening again.

After lots of searching found this website and so pleased I did! The service was excellent as I placed the order in the morning and received my cat coat harness and lead the very next day. It is really well made and my Maine Coon has taken to wearing it very quickly but following the helpful hints on the website for training your cat to a harness and lead. What I really liked about this harness is that I have been able to adjust it to fit my 4 month old kitten (he is a Maine Coon though so quite large for his age). The design is also very good and looks lovely with his black/silver fur. The only down side is the material on the harness has pulled slightly already which I am sure will not be the last with sharp claws about!. Overall I would recommend because of the fit and security of this harness.

Love the fact that the cat collers had all the elements I was looking for, animal print, sworts crystals, and modern take on collars. Quite quick turnaround and easy to use website. Thank you. Prices a little high, but as long as the collar lasts I am happy.
