Purchased a bird cage on a Friday morning for Saturday delivery and paid £10 for this. Received a message minutes before their customer service line closes saying there was a problem with the order (they are closed at weekends!!). Rang Monday - both calls dropped after 30 minutes on hold. So used online complaint form - still waiting for a response. Oder now showing as will be delivered the following Saturday. Just not good enough and impossible to speak to a person to resolve any issues.
