I decided to try and buy a 2nd Edition Liberta cage from this site, since I'd been looking for a large double cage for when I next got rats again, but for under £200. Big. Mistake.

The website looked good and the onsite views made me feel comfortable, so I read through every bit of information regarding deliveries and made my purchase.

My cage was supposed to arrive 3 days later. It hadn't. In fact, by day 10 the cage *still* hadn't even been dispatched, according to the tracking details. After being left on hold for nearly three hours (between 6 attempts to call) and being hung up on when I finally got through, and then having my emails ignored, I decided to check out some more views and... surprise, surprise, I wasn't the only one suffering from rubbish customer service.

Before my purchase could be delivered, I immediately opted to have it cancelled and even went through Paypal to help get my money back. Less than an hour after filing for the refund and cancellation, I got several emails from Cageworld asking me not to cancel! Ha! The absolute cheek! I ignored them and proceeded, thus finally getting my money back after a 7 day period. I then went onto Ebay and bought a similar cage with free delivery for just £10 more - and it arrived just 3 days later. I haven't looked back.


Please NEVER buy from these people. Yes, some people have had good or reasonable experiences with this company but as far as I'm concerned its not worth it.
