I marked on th order "want allmed contact my veterinarian." They never contacted, although the veterinarian had phoned in the RX and also to help me out placed the order to be shipped to me. The invoice is dated Oct. 17 but sill no meds by Nov. 2. My vet called them and allmed couldn't track their own invoice. But they sure did bill my vet who was trying to help me save a few dollars, but my pet is in pain because she doesn't hae her arthritis RX. The vet called both e-mailed and phoned them. She was assured the med would be sent overnight because to the delay. Still nothing.
