I cannot begin to describe how this company has made me suffer. From being mis-sold to, to having my funds froze for 4 months for no reason. And now they will not allow me to refund my customers who will not receive my services resulting in bad reviews. Ultimately I will be closing my company down.
The team who is dealing with this whole situation NEVER answers my calls or returns my emails. I cannot speak to any normal customer service rep because they are no longer authorised to deal with my account.
Please do your self a favour and use another company, you will regret using worldpay
