We run a small B&B and have been driven to total distraction by Worldpay's debt collection dept who are chasing a £15.60 invoice which their customer services department agree has been cancelled and is due to be refunded. After nearly 6 months of problems we have referred the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service and will be seeking damages for the stress and time wasted. I encourage everyone else who finds this behemoth impossible to deal with to do the same
