Never ever use this company, these people are thugs . When they got me signed up they never mentioned they have about 100 pages of terms and conditions. The sales guy just mentioned the charges got the signature and was gone. I had a big order of which the customer paid with his credit card. The next day had a call from world pay asking about the transaction and what is it for!! Told them everything,upon. Insisting provided them with the invoice and customers details which I should not because of this data protection act thingy! Any ways the transaction control guy from world pay goes to me that they are not satisfied with the transaction as you normally don't get this big orders so they had risk of financial liability and they are not going to release my money neither going to refund it. The guy I took the money from was for a catering event I was supposed to supply with food. Borrowed money from my friend to finish that. World pay cancelled my contract and held all the transaction which were processed from there terminals. Reported this matter to financial ombudsman services. Let's see what they says now!

Seems they were running true to form, then. They withheld my payments with the excuse that I might not deliver the goods that were paid for and this could result in a chargeback! I've only been in business 50 years so, of course, I MUST be a high risk. Can any reasonable person understand where these cretins are coming from? Good luck, my friend! My review should be up soon.

very very unreliable company rude staff and arrogant i took there services and they decided to cancel my agreement and hold my customers money for 120 days. They don't give you a an advice on how to help you and resolve the situation. I will make sure that i will post lots of complain against them.
