They Charge what they like when they want,ring and complain,the answer is " in the smallprint",Tried closing this account for 5 months.Still getting bills for non usage of cards at £19.99/ card we had 8 cards with these muppets,dont normally get upset by bad service but AVOID THEM there are loads of genuine Fuelcard Suppliers out there, try them but BEWARE they buy up smaller users and screw you when they do,We had SILVEY Texaco Fastfuels,they where brilliant no hassle,then these idiots took over and we got shafted big time.I have given them 1 star because I cannot give them less ! They don't deserve a rating
