Ex employee

As someone who worked for the company for over 12 months, I can understand the frustrations of the customers. The 'powers at be' add various charges to customers accounts without even preparing the customer service team for the increase of complaint calls. They tell the staff that they add charges as ' a talking point', to get customer to call in. However they secretly hope the customer doesn't check their invoice!!
This is 100% the worst business I ever worked for. The customers are lovely and most of the staff will always go above and beyond for the customer- however they are limited as the management are the ones putting the charges on customers accounts, and they are more interested in profit, than keeping customers.
The staff are hugely under trained and paid- whilst management (who hide away and are not helpful at all) sit there reaping the benefits of everyone's hard work.
The company do not care about their customers or staff- and are the worst provider out there, I would urge you to check all invoices and move to anyone else other than these. Shocking company and management
