We use Soarpay company for our eCommerce website.One of my customers has disputed a $2,860.00 charge with his credit card company. We provided all the order information including shipping detail and proof of delivery but it didn’t get resolved and they don’t tell us the reason. They don’t help us at all and provide any phone customer service. We will have to talk to our bank and lawyer now. What a waste of my time and energy!!
