WHY SHOULD THIS COMPANY GET AWAY WITH IT!
We could make a template letter for the ombudsman!
We should set up a Facebook page and help everyone get out of the contract for free!
I have a lot of time on my hands so bring it on Payment sense!

I totally agree with you on this they are trying to get hundreds out of me because I terminated the contract early. What can we do??? They just rip people off.

I have just found out that along with a lot of others I have been ripped off by this company. They assured me the only costs would be a monthly rental and very low transaction fees. I did get an email and letter from first data but when i quiried this with the salesman he said it was a mistake and to ignore it, surprise surprise i haven't been able to get hold of him on either his landline or mobile. Did you do anything about a fb page? I would gladly suport it. Like you i won't be taking this lying down and will settle for nothing less than a full refund of the aditional charges and a cancellation of the contract without any fees.

I had a sales person called Mervin Savon rip me off. He fooled me into a 60 month contract. I am gong to contact the financial ombudsmen, watchdog and the directors personally. I will not take this matter lying down. This is against the law.

Hi thank you but what's the point reading all the other comments from this page no one else has had no joy from your poor customer service! The only way is seek good advise! And my advise to you is get rid of those who has tricked us and made us believe he was cancelling our other card machine provider! And left with us paying for two. He also told us we could get out of the contract for free if we gave a month notice. Hope he can sleep at night with his £200 commission!
