From a long suffering PayPoint.net merchant.
Joined PayPoint.net in July 2011 and finally left them in July 2012. It was a year from hell. Here is a list of the problems encountered:
- witholding my money. They blame it on their provider (B+S). Required escalation to senior management on a number of occasions
- terrible accounting systems, the amount you get paid is impossible to verify, you have to take their word for it, which is probably wrong on the evidence I had
- very expensive, you even get charged for declined transactions
- very poor support - no replies to online tickets, no one there when you call. Eventually I got the name, email and phone of a director
Absolutely shocking. Do not sign up with PayPoint.net unless you want serious grief.
