Let me first start my saying, I'm not one to complain - but being so utterly annoyed and frustrated by their complete disregard for me as a customer has compelled me to warn others.
Customer service is by far and away my biggest issue with PayPoint.net, they have to be chased for everything and will willingly ignore emails. There seems to be absolutely no consistency and you speak to a different person each time, awful when trying to resolve an issue.
Several things were sprung on me, such as the non-flexible 24 month contract and the fact they want to hold on to money for 30 days before they settle. Possibly acceptable if these things were made clear in advance.
If you want to accept telephone and online orders, that's two accounts you have to sign up for - with two contracts and two sets of fees - again OK if this was made clear.
Now I wouldn't claim they are misselling - but in my opinion they seem to be very close indeed to that mark. A cowboy operation all round.
I will warn everyone and anyone who will listen just how bad this company is.
Please don't make the same mistake I did.
