“Worthless site”

Tried to use paypal to for a purchase of skydiving equipment. The company tagged it as fraud because of the price ($2400) and stated they could not unblock the account since I was a new customer. The customer service department was unhelpful and their only solution was to try to make additional purchases to perhaps unblock it someday.
