Paypal limited my account and sent me an email. The email explains my account has been limited and asks me to respond to their request but neglected to say what extra information they required from me. I duly respond only for the email to bounce back as the email address it comes from cannot accept replies. At the bottom of the email it states 'Please do not respond to this request' which is after it signed off 'Yours sincerely, PayPal.
PayPal did not say how I get in contact so I trawled their website (which is less than helpful and by no stretch of the imagination user friendly) to find an email address. I eventually find one and ask that they restore my account and expressed my dissatisfaction. They replied back and totally ignored my issues I had been having (hardly customer focused). I also asked that they confirm the email I received in the first place was genuine as I was concerned. Again they ignored me.
They finally said what further information they required and then had the audacity to ask why someone had tried to access my account. Surely this is why they limited it?!?!?! Absolutely ludicrous. How on earth am I supposed to know. This could really scare someone and wholley inappropriate.
PayPal are by far the WORST provider I have ever dealt with. I am utterly appalled by their abysmal communication skills.
