rubbish customer service!! they are not interested in your emails, questions, complains or disputes. impossible to contact anyone there, no chance for any answers. good for small purchases but I will never trust them with any more than £15!!
protection benefits? they don't exist, you will find out once you need to use them.
I have received faulty product, seller refused exchange or refund.
paypal asked me to provide third party expertise confirming that item is faulty.
expertise would be more expensive than item itself so I'm £50 quid down...
when asked paypal for help finding place to produce required expertise i was informed that I have 3 more days or my claim will be cancelled. so claim got cancelled and paypal never answer any more questions I had...
so now it Financial Service Authority and Financial Ombudsman...
