I ordered a filter from an Auto retailer, i stipulated upon payment that i wanted it sent to a different address as i would not be at home. When i returned i found a note from Royal Mail advising me to pick up parcel from their depot as it had to be signed for, could not redeliver to original address.
I had to make a 28 mile round trip for a parcel i had already paid p&p charges on.
I have sent Pay pal many emails but they just can not grasp that they have made a mistake, I can get no satisfaction from them.
So beware of Pay pal.
