I am in the middle of a fraud case with Paypal I think I am dealing with absolute Idiots (I am being polite) Someone has tried to get over a thousand pounds from my bank account which I managed to stop. After contacting Paypal to let them know they have started an investigation but lo and behold they are now taking it from my credit card even though they can clearly see this is a fraud case.
What stupid people work there surely someone is going to be out of pocket and it looks like it will be Paypal. Common sense should tell them that if the payment is not made the only people that will lose out is the fraudster does that make sense to anyone out there or am I being thick. My advice to anyone is dont sign up the hassle when this happens is not worth it.
