“Getting PayPal to help”

I ordered goods in China and paid through PayPal, the goods failed to be delivered. I waited for 47 days before I asked for help from PayPal, only to be told that they only help if it is least than 45 days. So because I gave the supplier every opportunity to supply the goods, I have lost out. I will never use PayPal again. Better off using a credit card. Better protection.
