As an online trader I work withing strict online trading guidlines that give the buyer very fair conditions and terms. PayPal is one of the methods that I use for collecting payment as it is easy and I thought was fair to trader and customer. It appears that it is not fair to traders. A recent purchase from an American that was delivered to her that she decided that she did not not like after receiving and said it was to small (a made to measure outfit made to her confirmed measurements). After severel exchanges of email trying to sort this out with her she filed a PayPal dispute. She provided 1 line saying not correct item, damaged and not delivered on time. I provided a full report including our exchange of emails where none of this was mentioned. PayPal found in her favour therefore obviously did not investigate as they said they were doing (took them 1 month). She provided no evidence whatsoever and yet PayPal found that she was correct. I will be removing PayPal as an option from my websites until they learn to act in a fair manner based on information presented to them.
