Ha..They are NOT regulated by the FSA.
Read their T&Cs very carefully - they state that NOCHEX can do whatever they like with your account.

I couldn't withdraw my £500 and they wouldn't explain why not . The help desk, Susan said i had to send in all my original security information and some extra for them to release MY money to MY predefined account. I escalated this to the next level. Susan replied. Funny that. I escalated to the highest level possible - Alan answered. He sent the reply to Susan who sent the reply to me. No phone numbers available. Lucky for them I couldn't find an address for their operation either.
After considering small claims court etc. I succumbed and sent in all the information they wanted.
Turns out the reason for this locking of funds was because my debit card on record had expired !!

When that happens on PayPal they just ask you to put new card details in and everything carries on as normal.

This type of company should be regulated by the FSA or similar. NOCHEX wouldn't pass the initial set up !!
