Moneybookers have the worst customer service ppl.. I think their customer service agents get a kick at testing ppl's patience. They ignore most of your emails, and will respond to your concerns after 1 week. terrible service...

They are lucky I am using them for my betting acount... hope some businessman out there start a new competitor for moneybookers.....
