“Money stolen - for good”

I've had all my money stolen directly from my account at Moneybookers/Skrill on July 3rd 2012. I use security software and I have never shared my password with anyone. Moneybookers will not refund my money and claim that it is my own fault.

Moneybookers have also taken my money. They will soon be taken to court for breaching the 2006 Fraud Act -

Participating in fraudulent business carried on by company etc.: penalty

(1)In Schedule 24 to the Companies Act 1985 (punishment of offences), in column 4 of the entry relating to section 458 of that Act, for “7 years” substitute “ 10 years ”.
