I've signed up for an account a few years ago, it was a free service at that time, 4 months ago they suddenly started to withdraw 19 bucks a month for 'gateway services', I did not get a confirmation by email of these transfers as they were 'internal' and never received a clear email what they were about to do, otherwise I would have cancelled the account immediately. Just by coincidence looked up the status of the account last week, luckily there was not a lot of money in it, but is was completely emptied. Their comment "As per your inquiries please be kindly informed that the gateway usage fee was imposed in the beginning of 2011 for the newly created commercial accounts and was also applied to the existing merchant accounts in accordance with the Moneybookers Merchant Terms and Conditions:
