We are dealing with identity theft with the source being moneybookers.com. In order to purchase minecraft software, a highly popular game for kids, we HAVE to go through them. They took our money, we paid on the bill, then they suspended our game accounts, never game our money back despite them stating it would be refunded. Called, but the rep did not know anything, promised to call back, but never did. They sent requests the day they suspended the accounts stating we will only get it back if we provide them PASSPORT I.D., DRIVERS LICENSE I.D., AND several other financial documents. They said it had to be full pages of the passport and everything in FULL COLOR. Upon immediately contacting Visa and Mastercard we were sent directly to the fraud department and alerts have been put on our cards for the information they have. Nightmare to say the least.
