Ordered a phone as a gift, which was supposed to come with a charger. The phone arrived the day after I ordered but there was no charger and it looked as though the item had been previously opened (maybe a return). I emailed the customer service address and got a response quickly to say they would look into it but then heard nothing. I chased and was told that the charger had been posted but it took 10 days to arrive which seems a little odd given the phone arrived in less than 24 hours. I had sent an email asking how I return the phone as I did not want to give an unusable present (the charger arrived after the birthday) but have so far heard nothing.
