Eye test was very thorough, was told glasses would be a week or so, waited two weeks, nothing, was told another week, then they said the lens was too large for the frames i had chosen, surely this should have been mentioned at the point of choosing., the staff picked out two frames that were suitable for the lenses, so the choice for me was gone, then there was a problem with the lenses, by this tme 4 weeks had passed and still no glasses, going on holiday so had my money back and went and bought reading glasses from the chemist. Today, some 8 weeks later recieved letter through the post apologising for their bad service, making exuses of their teething problems with their new lab in Nottingham., perhaps they should have gone into dentistry instead of eye care. Ehst a joke.
