I used the bull ring store recently to order my new Lens for computer use mainly.
The tests I will always rate as they always take time and make you feel very welcome and never feel rushed.
On this occasion I ordered as recommended drive ware, clear blue coating and transitions which I was advised was all in one and confirmed my order three times and left the store after providing my own frame.
On collection I checked if all three requirements had been provided upon placing my order and was told no as drive wear option and clear blue cannot be used as an option together.
I was not happy as I had paid £200 for believing this was an option. I spoke the assistant manager who was polite but no apology and brushed me off as to imply you got what you ordered .
A day later I noticed the poor quality of the lens provided as transitions had left white marks which did not change the entire lens and I was seeing blue dots which was never right.
I returned the lens and was advised they would need to be sent off and replacements ordered , yet more delay for me and no apology.
I contacted complaints three times before it was passed to the regional manager.
Thank you to him for understanding the unprofessional way I was delt with and for providing a solution which compensates for the grief and bad customer service I have experienced .
