Vision Express (absolutely the worst company ever) Hull shop

I went to have my eyes check because I was getting headaches and I saw the eye doctor who was excellent, my problems started when I tried to order some glasses, they didn't have what I wanted in the shop so they ordered me some off "there" website, after a week and a half I thought I would ring them because they said they would call after a few days, when I spoke to them they said the supplier had delivered them but couldn't find them so they ordered again, after 2 weeks I called again after they said they would call me in Afew days again, nothing they could find the order, so ordered again, 3rd time unlucky after another week I rang again to find out they could get the glasses I wanted and for me to come in and try a different pair, I went to the shop in Hull and reluctantly found another pair for alittle more, then they said that the lenses would cost me an extra £80.00 which I was told were free with theses glasses, after all this I just could take it and walked out, went to specs avers and got a great pair of glasses the same as I first wanted but at a fraction of the price. In conclusion Vision Express in Hull are a very poor excuse for an opticians
